First Baptist Church Texas City was started in 1905.  We are excited to be at our newest campus located at Mainland City Centre, formerly known as Mall of the Mainland.  Over the last five years we have transitioned from our previous campuses, one in the heart of Texas City on 9th Avenue and the other on the Gulf Freeway next to DeMontrond.  We have repurposed the old Dillard's Department Store as our new home and have become more of a regional church.  Our members live in many different communities in Galveston County such as League City, Santa Fe, Dickinson, La Marque and Bacliff, not just Texas City.
